Shop Policy

 

All of our products are handmade by us and made to order just for you!

 

Delivery

Orders to the UK will be shipped by a courier via Parcel2Go. Parcel2Go has a standard rate with tracking and will be applied to all orders. This should normally take between 2-3 working days. We offer free shipping on orders over £20.

 

PLEASE NOTE - All items are made to order and so have a processing time before shipping. Please bear this in mind when making an order.

 

Please note we do not ship outside of the UK at the moment, so if you buy an item your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let us know if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and we will try our best to resolve the situation. Your happiness is of the utmost importance!

 

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us and post items back within 14 days of delivery.  

We will only accept returned items in their original packaging, unworn/unused in the same condition you received them. Buyer pays return shipping costs. We will return the cost of the item minus shipping charges on receipt.

 

We will not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders. We also do not refund if you have changed your mind, but please contact us if you have any queries.

Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for despatch varies. The times may vary but will be made to our following guidelines. 

       Blankets - between 14-21 days 

       Jackets & Cardigans - between 7-10 days 

       Hats, booties & mittens - between 5-7 days

       All-in-Ones - between 10- 14 days

       Toys - between 7-14 days

 

Please note that custom orders may take longer to process.

Q1. How long will it take to make an order?

Q2. What if I’m not happy with my order?

A2.  We are here to help as your happiness is extremely important to us. Please take the time to contact us direct and we will do our best to sort out your query.

 

Q3.  How do I leave a review?

A3.  Please find this section at the foot of each product page.

 

Q4.  Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A4.  A confirmation email should follow shortly after we receive your order.

 

Q5.  Do you ship internationally?

A5.  We currently only ship within the UK.

 

Q6.  When will I receive my refund?

A6.  Once we are in receipt of the returned goods your refund should follow between 3-7 business days.

 

Q7. My order looks a different colour from the website photos?

A7. Please note that the colour may vary slightly due to the lighting or monitor settings. Also at times brands of wool may be no longer available and slight colour variations may occur when we use another brand.

 

Q8. What if I want to order an item from a set and I can’t find the individual price?

A8. Email us on our home page and we will be happy to help. We should respond within 24 hours.

 

Q9. How will I know what size to buy for my baby?

A9. Please refer to our size guide below. If you buy the incorrect size, we will be happy to exchange as per our Returns Policy.
